1. A scheduled contractor is unexpectedly unavailable.
2. The manager logs into DOER and posts a new job with the required job details.
3. The job is instantly sent to verified local contractors within a 5KM radius.
4. A nearby contractor accepts the job, and the manager can view their profile and details.
5. The contractor arrives on time and logs their hours directly through the app.
6. DOER handles all payments, integrates with Xero, and ensures compliance with New Zealand tax regulations.
